Group statistics

Review membership changes, moderation activity, and join requests using the dashboard's Group Stats page or /groupstats in Discord. These statistics use the audit history LogDog has collected for your group.

Requirements

Requirement Details
Your access Dashboard: Manage Server or higher. /groupstats: Administrator; it cannot be granted to other roles.
LogDog in Discord Attach Files for the command's CSV export.
LogDog in VRChat View Audit Log to collect group activity.
Plan Dashboard ranges up to 30 days and the Discord command are free. Dashboard 90-day/all-time ranges and CSV export require Premium.

On the dashboard

Open Group Stats → Overview and select a time range to review membership and activity trends. Premium servers can also export the results as CSV.

Use the Instances tab for occupancy and event turnout. Those counts come from instance checks rather than audit events; see Instance activity and turnout. For staff-level statistics, administrators can open Moderation → Stats.

In Discord

Run /groupstats and choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or All time. The default is 30 days. Only you can see the reply.

The summary includes:

Section Shows
Members Current membership, net change, joins, and leaves
Moderation Bans, unbans, kicks, warnings, and removals
Join requests Requests, rejections, and blocks
Activity Total events and busiest day
Top moderators The five most active moderators by direct VRChat actions

The attached CSV provides a daily breakdown of joins, leaves, bans, unbans, kicks, warnings, removals, requests, rejections, and blocks. These command ranges and the attached CSV do not require Premium.

Reading the counts

  • History begins with what LogDog was able to import and collect. All time means all stored history, not necessarily the group's entire lifetime.
  • An approved request appears as a join; VRChat does not provide a separate accepted request event for this count.
  • The command's Top moderators list excludes the LogDog VRChat account. Actions through the bot are attributed to that account in VRChat's audit log, so this ranking does not include them under the Discord moderator. Use Moderator activity for a person's actions through LogDog.
